3D product animation for manufacturers

Product animations and promotional videos that show how your product works, built from your CAD data by a studio with an engineering background. Most projects take four to eight weeks.

Show buyers what your product does, before they ever see one

Most manufactured products are hard to film. The clever part is inside a housing, the machine is too big to light properly, or the first production unit doesn't exist yet. 3D animation gets round all of that. We build the product from your CAD data and show it from any angle, at any scale, with the casing lifted off where it matters.

RenderForge Studio makes product animations and promotional videos for manufacturers: launch films, trade show loops, sales and distributor videos, and short cut-downs for your website and LinkedIn. We're based in Worcestershire and work with engineering companies across the UK.

Built by people who understand engineering

Our engineering background means we can read a general arrangement drawing, understand a tolerance stack and ask the right questions about how the mechanism actually works. That saves your engineers time, because we don't need everything explained twice, and it means the animation is technically right as well as good-looking. Your design team won't wince at it, and your customers' engineers won't spot mistakes.

On-brand, start to finish

Every film starts from your brand guidelines: your colours, typefaces, logo rules and tone. The animation sits naturally next to your brochures, website and stand graphics, rather than looking like it came from somewhere else.

What we make

Product animation for every stage of the sale

  • Launch films

A polished hero film for a new product, ready before the first unit ships, built from your CAD.

  • Trade show and stand loops

Silent, looping animations designed to catch attention on a screen across a busy hall.

  • Sales and distributor videos

Short, clear films your sales team and distributors can send, show on a laptop or play in a meeting.

How a project runs

  1. Brief. A call about the product, the audience and where the film will be shown.
  2. CAD and reference. You send STEP or native CAD files, drawings and photos. We prepare the model for rendering, simplifying it and protecting anything confidential.
  3. Storyboard. Style frames and a shot plan, agreed before heavy rendering starts.
  4. Animatic. A timed rough cut, so the story and pacing are signed off early.
  5. Final animation and delivery. Master files plus cut-downs for web, social and event screens.

Most projects go from brief to final delivery in four to eight weeks, depending on length and complexity. If you have a launch date or a show coming up, tell us early and we'll plan back from it.

Typical sectors

Industrial equipment, HVAC and building services, robotics and automation, sensors and instrumentation, materials and components, and tech hardware. If your product is easier to understand once you can see inside it, animation is likely to help.
